Returns & Refunds Policy
We take great care in preparing and shipping your order. If there is an issue with your purchase, we’re here to help.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To report an issue, contact us at info@nevo-usa.com with your order number and clear photos of the item received. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days so we can evaluate the situation and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and beauty products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. We also do not accept returns on sale items, or gift cards.
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
